Click here is not a good link text
Linking text in the form of "… see here", "… available here", or worst of all, "… click here" is a really bad habit which leads to all sorts of accessibility problems, with users of screen readers probably suffering the worst of it.
The number 1 rule of thumb to good links is that they should make sense out of context. That is, they should still make sense when read aloud without the surrounding text.
