I don’t trust the MBTI

While I haven’t dug into the research behind the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) enough to definitely state it’s ineffective or unscientific for myself, I’ve come across enough resources which have looked into it stating it is pseudoscience (Cunff 2019; Stromberg 2014; Pittenger 1993; Burnett 2013).

If you took the MBTI and found it helpful, that’s great! Far be it from me to invalidate your experiences. But as for myself, I’m highly suspicious of the test and won’t trust it.
