Intrinsic Cognitive Load
Intrinsic cognitive load refers to the intrinsic difficulty of the task or information.
In simplified terms, this describes how simple or difficult something is to learn or do as a result of its inherent complexity.
Contrasting this with Extraneous Cognitive Load, this inherent complexity cannot be altered or reduced without shrinking the scope of the task itself.
